7/10/08 - Farewell Vindication

Our hearts go out to John G. Sikura and everyone at Hill 'n' Dale Farm on the loss of champion Vindication. We know how much he meant to you, the farm and Slew.

We are honored to be part of the Hill 'n' Dale family and are forever grateful to John and the farm for treating Slew as a legend. We thank Hill 'n' Dale for providing Slew's final resting place, which is fit for a king.

Thinking back just a few years ago, we were so happy when it was announced that Slew's undefeated two-year-old male champion of 2002 would stand at Hill 'n' Dale. We knew Vindication would have a wonderful home for his stud career. Sadly, today, we now say goodbye to this great champion.

It's far too soon for Vindication to join his sire. We know that Slew will welcome him and be comforted knowing Vindication's final resting place is close by.
